Recently, my dad left me a $40k inheritance, and my husband said it would help with the family expenses. I told him, “My dad left this money for me, to spend on myself!”
He nodded. Next day, I was horrified to find that my closet was empty of my favorite clothes.
Most of my bags and shoes were gone. I went to the living room, where my husband was, and saw my things packed in boxes.
He said, “I thought marriage was about supporting each other, but clearly, you don’t believe in that!”
