Jennifer Eckhart, a former Fox Business associate producer who later became a podcast host and advocate for trauma survivors, has died at 36.
Eckhart was found dead at her Florida home on September 19. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office ruled her death a suicide. (people.com)
Her Career in Television News
Eckhart worked at Fox Business from 2013 to 2020. Before joining the network, the Miami native worked as an ESPN Radio correspondent and an anchor at a public television station in Gainesville, Florida. Lawsuit Against Ed Henry
In 2020, Eckhart sued former Fox News anchor Ed Henry, alleging sexual assault, and named Fox News in the lawsuit. Henry denied her allegations. Fox News fired Henry that year after investigating a complaint of sexual misconduct. (people.com)
