A 91-Year-Old Woman Called 911 Every Night
Every night at 9:03 p.m., 91-year-old Margaret Lawson called 911 with no real emergency. When dispatchers asked what was wrong, she quietly replied, “I just thought someone should check on me.”
After repeated calls, a young officer visited her home and discovered a lonely widow with no family nearby. Through tears, she admitted, “People only come when there’s a reason… so I created one.”
